The FAER Board of Directors approved grants to support the research of 14 promising anesthesia researchers and educators. Awards included:

Eight Mentored Research Training Grants (MRTGs) focused on developing the skills and preliminary data physicians need to become competitive independent investigators. MRTGs provide $75,000 in year one and $100,000 in year two, for a total of $175,000 per grant:
