2009 Grant Recipients

The FAER Board of Directors approved nine grants in April 2009 worth $1,125,000 to support the research of nine promising anesthesiologists. Awards were:   

Four Mentored Research Training Grants (MRTGs) focused on developing the skills and preliminary data physicians need to become competitive independent investigators. MRTGs provide $75,000 in year one and $100,000 in year two for a total of $175,000 per grant:
