Each director serves without compensation, travels to Board meetings at his or her own expense, and contributes $1,000 annually to the endowment. Directors serve for up to three consecutive three-year terms with an optional fourth three-year term for officers. The Foundation appreciates the time, funds, and ideas the Board members contribute to accomplish the Foundation's Mission.
